New Year’s New You 8 Week Challenge

 

This challenge will be meant for you to create new habits that will last you a lifetime. Over the course of 8 weeks I will ask you do do things that you may not have done before. Yes, This will include workouts and nutrition guidelines but I am motivated to inspire you to create new habits while improving performance, changing eating habits and kicking ass!

 

Winners? Everyone will be a winner, but there will be athletes of the week who are participating and showing me and themselves that they want a change.  These athletes of the week will receive prizes.

 

Entry for challenge is $100

 

What is included:

Weekly Workouts (updated every 2 weeks so your body can respond to the workouts)

BASIC Nutrition Guidelines and Supplement recommendations

Access to private Faceboook group where interaction will be required to participate.

Free Group workout every 2 weeks for Challengers only. (Time and Date TBD)
