Since I started Becoming Badass in 2013, it has been my goal to open a facility I can call home. I’ve been able to build a community for people to see what they are capable of. Goals have been crushed, weight has been lost, PRs have been beaten and lives have been changed. I’m excited to expand a reach out to so many more people! Are you ready to change your life?

Becoming stronger

Upper

Upper body focus with exercises to increase heart rate and muscle endurance. Also great for grip strength and shoulder mobility to prevent injury and increase performance.

Lower

Lower body focus lifts with plyos and glute activation for speed, strength, coordination and proper landing mechanics to prevent injury and increase performance.

Glutes

If you want to become a faster runner or have a more aesthetically pleasing posterior chain, this class is for you. With emphasis on glutes, hips, hamstrings and plyos!

Core + Cardio

Core + Cardio focused with drills for speed, coordination and fatburn. Core work to strengthen all parts of the core, not just the 6 pack. Helps prevent injury and increase performance.

 

Becoming Flexible

Level 1 + 2

1 hour Vinyasa yoga session geared towards athletes and those who want to improve their mobility. Ashley will advise when to use props and help with hands-on adjustments. Ending in a relaxing Savasana.

Restorative

1 hour with lower level poses for those that want a more restorative practice. This class is all about making you feel good!

Becoming faster

1 hour cycle class that will be inspired by good motivation and music! This class will get you to SWEAT and burn some serious calories. Great alternative for those looking to have a good cardio session without impact. Great for runners on their non-running days! Make sure to reserve ahead of time.

Becoming Spartan

This class will help you target all things to prepare for your next obstacle race. Grip strength, carries, crawling, functional training and running! This is not just for Spartans, all are welcome.
